Individual coaching

This work is for people who want ongoing, attuned support to explore what is happening in their lives over time. Life can feel heavy, complicated, and overwhelming, especially when you are thoughtful, responsible, and carrying a lot internally.

My approach is collaborative and reflective. I start by listening carefully and understanding your context, before exploring what support, perspectives, or approaches might be useful for you. I do not offer quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I work as a steady thinking partner, helping you make sense of complexity and find ways forward that are sustainable for your life.

Who this is for

This work is for you if you:

  • Feel stressed, exhausted, often disregulated or stuck in loops of overthinking.

  • Have done personal development on your own, yet are realising it is not enough. At some point, most of us need another human who can truly see us, stay with us, attune to what is happening beneath the words, and help regulate and steady things together. Being witnessed in this way often makes it possible to think, feel, and respond more clearly.

  • Want a trusted, long-term partner who can think with you over time, beyond what colleagues, friends, or family are able to offer.

  • Are thoughtful, responsible, and reflective, yet may feel lonely, undervalued, or overlooked.

  • Are navigating a significant life or work transition, or slowly recognising that something has to change.

  • Want a coach who can hold complexity, nuance, and your history, not just stay at a surface level.

What to expect

Each person’s journey is different, and my work is always tailored to your context. In our sessions, you can expect:

  • A safe, confidential, and non-judgmental space to reflect.

  • Support in untangling complex situations, patterns, and emotions.

  • Collaborative exploration of tools, perspectives, practices, and approaches that are sustainable and workable for your life.

What we do together

We create a consistent, confidential space to:

  • Make sense of what’s happening.

  • Clarify the deep patterns that shape how you relate, decide, and protect yourself.

  • Explore your situation, history, and wider context with care.

  • Identify your strengths and opportunities, and experiment with small, doable shifts in how you approach challenges, relate to others (and yourself), make decisions, and care for yourself.

How I work

  • Trauma‑informed and nervous‑system aware: we go at a pace that feels safe enough, not overwhelming.

  • Deeply attuned: I pay attention not just to what you say, but how your system responds over time.

  • Integrative: we might bring in reflection, embodiment, strengths or values work, and, where useful, AI tools for lighter work such as brainstorming and journalling.

Practicalities

Each 60 minute session is NZD 240 (plus gst if in NZ).

Online via Zoom (from Aotearoa New Zealand which is time zone friendly for many regions).

Some people book in just single sessions, and others choose to begin with a 4 session arc over two to three months (NZD 960 plus gst if in NZ). After this, we review together and shape a rhythm that suits your system. Some people meet weekly for a time, others settle into a two to four week rhythm for ongoing deep work.

Flexibility:

  • I keep one or two reduced fee places for those who resonate deeply with this work and need support with cost. These range from NZD 150 to 195 (plus gst). These places are limited and may not always be available.

  • Pro bono work is reserved for one or two long term relationships where there is strong mutual fit. These spaces are currently full.

  • No long contracts or obligations.

Payment:

Payment is via simple invoice through Xero or your preferred method such as bank transfer or PayPal.
