Organisational & Leadership Coaching

I work with organisations that want to support the development, wellbeing, and retention of their people. My approach is suited to those in leadership roles, people in pivotal positions, or team members moving through transition or succession pathways.

The work is relational and confidential. Leadership and professional growth often involve personal patterns, stress, relational dynamics, and the emotional load of responsibility. I create a space where people can think clearly, understand their responses, and develop a more grounded and sustainable way of relating, making decisions, managing pressure, and navigating the complex and often paradoxical tensions that come with fast changing environments and human dynamics.

How we work

Coaching sessions are held online, usually every two to four weeks, depending on the needs of the leader and the rhythm that best supports their development. I work independently of organisational reporting structures to preserve psychological safety and honest reflection.

I can collaborate with internal people leaders or HR partners around goals and broad outcomes where appropriate, while keeping the coaching space confidential and ethical.

Investment

Leadership and organisational development coaching begins at NZD 350 plus GST per session.
