A confidential thinking space

This is a protected hour, like having a trusted sounding board, where you can think out loud with my support.

Sometimes we just need a place to speak freely, honestly and to voice what’s on our mind, but that can be surprisingly hard to find, especially when you are:

  • Working in a political or low-safety environment

  • Carrying responsibility for others

  • Unable to fall apart publicly

  • Struggling and needing to speak with someone outside your life

In these situations, it is often not possible to talk openly with colleagues, family, or friends. Many people in these situations feel lonely with their thinking. There may be no one they can turn to without judgement or consequence.

This space is for that.

What happens in the session

This is not coaching in the traditional sense, and it is not therapy. There are no goals to set and nothing to fix. It is simply a space to slow down, speak honestly, and notice what is happening for you.
