Coaching

Thoughtful conversations for people navigating complexity, difficult environments and important life or leadership questions.

Being trauma-informed means understanding that people’s responses, patterns and ways of coping often make sense in the context of their experiences. Rather than seeing these patterns as flaws to eliminate, we explore what they have protected, what they have enabled and what might now be ready to change.

I pay attention not only to what you say, but to what may be sitting just beneath the surface, including patterns or possibilities you may not yet have noticed.

It's a protected and confidential space to think out loud with someone who understands complexity, helping you make sense of what's happening, see new possibilities and decide what comes next.

Writing

Essays and reflections exploring relationships, belonging, environments and the conditions that shape what's possible for people. I share emerging research, patterns I'm noticing and questions I'm exploring.

What's Emerging

I find myself exploring several questions that feel increasingly central to my work.

What happens when we intentionally create experiences and environments that foster connection, belonging and new possibilities?

How might we rethink our ideas about family, relationships and the communities we choose to build?

And what does it mean to be ourselves in a world where we are profoundly shaped by the people, cultures and systems around us? Perhaps we don't become ourselves in isolation, but through relationship with others and the environments we inhabit.

These are questions I'm exploring through writing, conversations and new ideas that are still taking shape.

It's early days, but they feel like important directions for my work.
