Endless demands, constant change, difficult relationships, and the pressure to perform can leave you overwhelmed, reactive, and exhausted.

Stress and anxiety eat away at us in insidious ways. They drain confidence, narrow perspective, strain relationships, and damage health and wellbeing. Often, the inner critic piles on with beats ups about inadequacy.

But stress isn’t just an individual problem. There’s only so much one person can carry or “fix” on their own.
