Trusted Coaching for Leaders Navigating Change, Stress & Overwhelm

A Safe Space to Reflect, Recharge & Clarify

Leadership today is complex, exhausting, and often isolating. Many leaders tell me:

“The waves keep coming, there’s no relief, and I cannot talk to anyone else. It feels unsafe, politically charged, and career-limiting.”

Organisations are shifting faster than ever, driven by technology, demographics, politics, culture, and environmental change. In many workplaces, communication is harder, barriers grow, and pressure intensifies.

One of the biggest hidden leadership challenges is stress, overwhelm, and burnout. You may be working harder, holding more, and keeping up appearances and all while protecting your team. You can’t always speak openly with colleagues, friends, or family. Your body keeps the score. Over time stress builds quietly, leaving you reactive, exhausted, and stuck.

If you’re ready to explore leadership presence, self-awareness, or stress resilience in your role, book a session with me today.

What Leadership Coaching Offers

My coaching helps leaders navigate change, stress, and complexity through self-awareness, mindset or worldview work, and embodied practice.

  • Confidential reflection: A safe, private space to explore frustrations, challenges, and uncertainties without judgment.

  • Objective perspective: An outside lens with no agenda, offering fresh frameworks, tools, and insights that may be hard to see internally.

  • Strategic clarity: Dedicated time to pause, step back, and make thoughtful, confident decisions.

  • Resilience & growth: Build capacity to respond effectively to stress, change, and complex challenges while maintaining authenticity.

  • Increased self-awareness: You are part of your system which may sound obvious. But, it’s interesting because it is not unusual for me to speak to leaders who almost seem surprised to be reminded of this. Their focus is on the wellbeing, needs, pressures of others, and they kind of ‘forget’ that they are part of that same system. An integral part might I add. The better you know yourself, the better you can lead. Self-awareness supports wiser choices, healthier relationships, and deeper presence under pressure.

  • Mindset & worldview development: Strengthen your ability to adapt to shifting contexts, expand your thinking, and respond rather than react under pressure. One tool, for example, many of my clients (leaders and others) appreciate and use a lot is the balcony view frame. If you don’t know it, it comes from Adapative Leadership’s playbook and is super helpful.

  • Support for highly sensitive leaders: Navigate environments that can feel overwhelming, developing sustainable strategies for energy, focus, and influence. If you identify as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), you may find traditional leadership models challenging, not to mention traditional coach approaches challenging too! (I hear you - for me too!) My coaching approach recognises and honors your sensitivity, (because I’m HSP too) and helps you lead with authenticity and resilience. If this resonates, you can read more on my dedicated HSP Leadership Coaching page.

  • Increase courage and confidence: By exploring real challenges, expanding your capacity, influence, and presence without losing authenticity.

  • Embodiment (Felt-Sense) & integration: Go beyond thinking: integrate insight into your body, presence, and actions.

Why This Matters

Leaders face constant pressure to perform and implement efficiencies under conditions that are often stressful and overwhelming. Loneliness, burnout, and feeling “stuck” are common. Coaching helps you notice and shift patterns, integrate insight, and build self-regulation skills, not only for your own resilience but for your team’s wellbeing.

Leadership is not just about you. It’s about creating systems and cultures that allow individuals and teams to thrive, not disengage, drop performance or burn out.

How we work together:

  • A Trauma Coach approach: Your experiences, pressures, and ambitions are all acknowledged and valued.

  • Evidence-based frameworks: Gain clarity on patterns, leverage personality and leadership science, and enhance decision-making.

  • Collaborative reflection: Structured sessions that give space to think, feel, and plan, leaving you grounded, clear, and ready to lead.

  • Self-regulation tools. And with a lens on your organisational systems that need to be in pace to support indivuduals, not work against. (What I’m saying is, it’s not all up to the individual).
